Brian T. McElroy is the owner of McElroy Law, LLC. He focuses his practice on business litigation, consumer protection, small business, and personal injury/negligence law. He gives back to the community by selectively taking Pro Bono cases, being active in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and as a member of his local Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.
Prior to starting McElroy Law, LLC, Mr. McElroy was an associate at a medium sized Cleveland law firm practicing complex business and financial litigation. During law school, Mr. McElroy was a two year member of Case Western Reserve's Ault Mock Trial Team, which won the 2001 NTC Regional Competition and was a competitor in the NTC national championship in Dallas, Texas.
After college, but prior to attending law school, Mr. McElroy was a claims adjuster for a Cleveland area insurance company. There he learned the ins and outs of the insurance business while he resolved thousands of property damage claims.
