Brian T. McElroy is the owner of McElroy Law, LLC. He focuses his practice on civil litigation and contract review and drafting. His practices areas include: business litigation, consumer protection, personal injury/negligence law, employment law, insurance law, small business, drafting employment and severance agreements, drafting sales contracts, and asset purchase agreements. He gives back to the community by selectively taking Pro Bono cases, being active in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and as a member of his local Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.
Prior to starting McElroy Law, LLC, Mr. McElroy was an associate at a medium sized Cleveland law firm practicing complex business and financial litigation. During law school, Mr. McElroy was a two year member of Case Western Reserve's Ault Mock Trial Team, which won the 2001 NTC Regional Competition and was a competitor in the NTC national championship in Dallas, Texas.
After college, but prior to attending law school, Mr. McElroy was a claims adjuster for a Cleveland area insurance company. There he learned the ins and outs of the insurance business while he resolved thousands of property damage claims.
